My goal was to design a parks and recreation management system that allows employees to access member check-in information easily.
The base for this concept is a city gym called “Fitness Paradise”, which utilizes the management system.
The management system will allow employees to easily check-in customers and show them important information of current and past members who used the facility.
Problem Statement:
Current Park and Recreation management systems make it difficult to access customer information when they are the most important aspect of the business. Many parks and recreation systems don’t show the current state of the facility and how many customers have checked in.
Home Page
The home page puts the most important actions on display, giving users easy access to their tasks. Employees are able to check-in guests by name, and access the latest check-ins and their profiles. The home page also gives users the ability to view how many members are currently checked into the facility.
Profile Page
The profile page is easily accessible from the home page by clicking on the background image. Here our users can pull up customer information to verify check-in authenticity and make changes as needed.
Additional Check-ins
On the profile page when the user clicks on extras it will give them additional check-in options. This is for members who are on accounts with family or friends. Employees will be able to quickly check-in customers family members or access their profiles.
Navigation
The navigation bar is accessible on any page and gives the user a more in depth look at other functionalities of the software. Although, these options are available, the average user would not have to deal with these options.
